Is Paylio fully WPS-compliant?

Yes. Paylio generates Salary Information Files for Emirates NBD, FAB, ADCB, Mashreq and RAKBANK, and validates IBAN checksums, MOL/labour-card IDs and file-to-run reconciliation before generation — so clean data produces a valid SIF on the first attempt.

How is my company and employee data secured?

Every workspace is tenant-isolated. IBANs are masked to the last four digits in the UI, salary visibility is role-gated, and every sensitive action — approvals, WPS generation, settlements — is written to an immutable audit log.

What happens when the bank rejects a payment?

Upload the bank's response file and Paylio maps each rejection code to the right employee with a plain-language explanation and a fix path. You correct the records and regenerate a SIF containing only the fixed entries — accepted ones are never resubmitted.

Does it handle gratuity and end-of-service?

Yes — to the current unified UAE labour law: 21 days' basic wage per year for the first five years, 30 days/year beyond, capped at two years' wage, plus leave encashment and deductions. Each statement records which rule version was applied.
