What we collect

Company and employee records you provide (names, identifiers such as Emirates ID and MOL person ID, IBANs, salary data) to operate payroll and generate WPS files. We collect account and usage data to run and secure the service.

How we use it

Solely to provide payroll, WPS compliance, and related features for your workspace. Tenant data is isolated; we do not sell personal data. Sensitive identifiers like IBANs are masked in the interface and access is role-restricted.

Your rights

You may request export or erasure of personal data, subject to legal retention requirements for payroll records. Contact your workspace administrator or Paylio support.
